Thailand’s second largest bank needed to reinvent itself to better serve its existing customers and reverse the erosion of its base by aggressive international banks.

We also helped Kasikorn bank create a private banking practice for its high net worth customers. We developed a new identity for this sub brand called ‘Platinum Signature’. The bank provided these high net worth customers with a unique set of products and we design special lounges for them to conduct business in key bank branches.

These new designs led to greater retention of existing customers and attracted a lot of new wealthy customers in a highly competitive banking market.
